Advitech has strengthened its technical leadership capabilities with the appointment of Phil Howlin as Chief Engineer, a newly created role that reinforces the company’s commitment to technical excellence and reflects the continued growth of its engineering capability.

In his new role, Howlin will serve as Advitech’s senior engineering technical authority, providing leadership across technical governance, engineering standards, peer review, capability development, mentoring and innovation. Working across all engineering disciplines, he will also collaborate closely with the company’s Environmental and Digital teams to strengthen multidisciplinary project delivery and foster a culture of technical excellence throughout the organisation.
