Are you a big energy user?
Advitech can assist companies in reducing their energy costs through a range of services and activities.
Energy Contract Renegotiation - Don’t wait for your contract renewal notice. Advitech’s Jim Kelty can help renegotiate your energy contract, advising you on the best time to go to tender and what period to contract for, saving you up to 10% on energy costs. Advitech will quote a fixed price for our services and, unlike many consultants, we do not charge the successful retailer a secret commission which the customer ultimately pays for.
Tariff Management – Advitech can review each site within your organisation and analyse different tariff structures, to ensure you choose the most cost effective network tariff for your organisation, achieving potentially large savings.
Energy Auditing – Depending on the size of your company, Advitech can perform Level 1, 2 or 3 energy audits as defined in Australian Standard 3598:
- Level 1 audits are walkthrough or desktop overviews suitable for small organisations.
- Level 2 audits are energy surveys providing preliminary assessment of costs & savings.
- Level 3 audits provide firm estimates of costs and savings, accurate to +/ –10%.
Energy Saving Action Plans (NSW Govt) and Energy Efficiency Opportunities Program (Fed Govt) - Advitech can help you meet state and federal government legislation requirements by identifying energy reduction opportunities. A number of large energy users must prepare these plans, but other organisations can also benefit through cost reductions.
Resource Efficiency – Under our ResourceWise Sustainable Business Program Advitech has led the development and facilitation of a range of energy reduction programs, achieving more efficient use of energy, water and materials, waste minimisation, improved productivity, and reduced environmental risk.
