Advitech is a privately owned, Hunter-based company which was originally established in 1986 as a division of Varley Engineering.

The company was incorporated in January 1988 as Invartech Pty Limited. In November 1990, management purchased Invartech from Varley Holdings. To reinforce independence from Varley, the Company name was changed to Advitech in September 1994.

At inception, the company consisted of 7 staff who were involved in drafting services and minor software development.

Since then, Advitech has grown from strength to strength and we expect continued growth for years to come. Our range of services has also grown - to include most areas of engineering, drafting, environmental services, management services and software development.

We have built up a wide and varied client base across all industry sectors. One of the keys to our success has been the long-term relationships we have developed with our clients - repeat business continues to be our main source of business, along with referrals from existing clients.

Our head office is based in the Hunter and we recently opened an office in Chatswood. Our service area is also expanding, with staff regularly travelling around the country - from Hunter, Sydney, Central Coast and other regional NSW areas, to Brisbane, Ipswich, Mt Isa, Perth, Adelaide, Whyalla and Launceston. We have also undertaken some projects in South East Asia and China.
